It is the first step toward obtaining a Combined Expatriate Residence Permit and Aliens Card (CERPAC), which allows for legal residence and work authorization.

  • Validity: 90 days (3 months) from the date of issuance.
  • Stay Duration: 90 days (during which you must regularize your stay).
  • Single Entry: The STR visa allows one entry to begin your regularization.

Regularization Process:

After Visa Approval, Expatriate are hereby to Apply for the e-Cerpc Form Online to Regularize stay and be Issued the e-Cerpac, Renewable Every Year
