Requirements for Nigeria Business Visa:

  1. Completed Visa Application Form
    o Available on the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) portal: https://portal.immigration.gov.ng/.
  2. Valid Passport
    o Must be valid for at least 6 months with two blank pages for stamps.
  3. Passport Photographs
    o Two recent passport-sized photos (white background).
  4. Visa Payment Receipt & Acknowledgment
    o Proof of payment for the visa processing fee (from the online application portal).
  5. Letter of Invitation
    o From the Nigerian company or host:
     Printed on official letterhead.
     Include details of the visit (purpose, duration, and accommodation).
     Signed by a senior executive.
  6. Business Introduction Letter (From Applicant’s Employer)
    o Confirming the applicant’s employment and the purpose of the visit.
    o Must include the company’s name, address, and contact details.
  7. Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) Documents (from Nigerian Company)
    o Certificate of Incorporation of the inviting company (a copy).
  8. Flight Itinerary
    o Proof of a round-trip flight booking.
  9. Proof of Accommodation
    o Hotel reservation or confirmation of accommodation from the host.
