1. Eligibility
- Legally married to a Nigerian citizen.

2. Required Documents
- Formal Application Letter: Addressed to the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) requesting a residence permit.
- Completed Form IMM22: Submit in triplicate with three recent passport-sized photographs.
- Marriage Certificate: Proof of legal marriage to a Nigerian citizen.
- Letter of Invitation: From your Nigerian husband.
- Evidence of Means of Livelihood: Demonstrating financial stability.
- Police Clearance Certificate: From your country of residence.
- Medical Certificate: Confirming good health status.
- CERPAC Form: Completed and submitted as part of the application process.

- Renewal of the CERPAC green card is applicable.
