Eligibility for eTWP Visa Application

  • You must have a confirmed employment or invitation / mandate from a Nigerian company or entity for a specific task/project.
  • You should possess the relevant professional qualifications for the assignment.
  • You should have a clean criminal record (no serious convictions) in your home country.
  • You must meet any health / medical requirements as may be stipulated.
  • Your passport should be valid for at least 6 months beyond the intended date of entry

Requirements for eTWP Visa Application

  • Valid Passport — with at least 6 months validity from date of entry.
  • Passport Photograph — recent, white background.
  • Letter of Offer / Invitation from the Nigerian host organization, describing the assignment, duration, etc.
  • Company / Host Entity Documents — e.g. Company registration (CAC certificate), business license, etc.
  • Qualifications / CV / Credentials supporting your competence for the task.
  • Health / medical certification (if required).
  • Police / criminal record clearance (if required).
  • Return / onward ticket (for short duration permit) — for R10 type.

Visa Classes for eTWP Visa Application

  • TWP Visa – R10: Valid for 30 days from issuance.
  • Temporary Work Permit (6 Months) – R11: A multiple-entry TWP option up to 6 months, though non-renewable.
